The PDG sits within the Explore phase of the England Rugby Player Pathway, it has a focus on understanding and recognising potential, delivered through skill development and acquisition, game understanding and the physical components that help a player unlock their potential.

Open Trials

Open trials are held each year for all U16 girls. who either live, go to school or play for a club in Buckinghamshire.

All Buckinghamshire RFU Clubs are invited to refer suitably skilled/eligible players for PDG selection.

Your commitment

As a player, our coaching team is very aware that you already have other commitments. Therefore our training sessions focus mainly on unit, team skills and playing structure; with limited contact.
