Not the result we wanted but the commitment and attitude from the whole squad was amazing to see. This was the first competitive match for the new look women’s team and the future is bright for this group. Onto next week and a home match against North Mids.

Well done to the Bucks Women who put in an impressive performance yesterday with their warm-up match against Northampton & District Alliance Women. Well done to everyone who played and we send out our best wishes to Lauren who picked up a nasty injury at the end of the match. We hope for a speedy recovery. The women now look forward to their first match in the Gill Burns Championship next Sunday against East Midlands.
