Great day of rugby

Yesterday saw Bucks RFU entertain 3 youth sides from Rugby Jamaica (Development group) at Aylesbury RFC, U17 boys, U17 girls and U18 boys.

A fantastic crowd turned up throughout to watch these games on a beautiful day.

The idea behind the games was to help prepare the Jamaican players for their upcoming European tournament.

The day really did feel like a celebration of our game and undoubtedly brought communities closer together and reinforced the shared values that are game has and the strength of the rugby family.

Our thanks also go to the match officials and to Aylesbury rugby club and its team of top volunteers for giving up fathers day to make it such a memorable event.
