Great win for the womens team

The women's team started their County Championship campaign with a very impressive win against a strong Kent side.

This is their first game since being promoted into the Gil Burns Division 1 and they started with a bang. We got off to a very strong start with some great free-flowing Rugby and clocked up an 18 point lead.

Kent showed their class by coming back with a very strong second half and scoring three unanswered tries for a final score of 18-15.

It was truly a game of two halves. The women showed some great attacking Rugby in the first half but were equally impressive in defence in the second half.

We look forward to the trip down to Sussex on Saturday.
