Kirk Collins appointed as County U17 & 18 Boys Head Coach

We are delighted to announce our new U17 and U18 Boys Head Coach, Kirk Collins.


Kirk has lots of experience, coaching across various set-ups and structures. He has been involved in coaching and mentoring younger players for many years.


Jason Bray, U17 & 18 Programme Director said in response to Kirk's appointment:


"I am pleased to announce following interviews with county Execs, Kirk has been appointed head coach of the U17 and U18 programme. We've all seen Kirk's commitment, player focused approach, passion, rugby coaching talent and eagerness to continually improve and develop. Big congratulations to Kirk."


In outcome of the appointment Kirk has said:


"First of all I’d like to thank the county executive committee for appointing me in the role of u17/18s head coach.


I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue working with this age group and to continue developing the pathway for the Bucks RFU county to continue to thrive for years to come. 


My goal is create to best experience for lads in our program to develop as people first and players second and for them to maximise their time in the county set up and kick on the senior rugby and higher honours.


It’s going to be an exciting 2 years."
